LOS ANGELES - Zac Efron dan Ashley Tisdale tengah mempromosikan film terbaru mereka yang diproduksi oleh Disney Channel, High School Musical 3: Senior Year yang akan dirilis pada 24 Oktober mendatang.

Saat promosi yang diadakan di Teater El Capitan Hollywood pada Sabtu, 23 Agustus kemarin, Zac dan Tizzie bekerjasama dengan para penggemar seperti juga Chris Warren Jr, Kaycee Stroh, dan Olesya Rulin. Bersama dengan kelompoknya, mereka melakukan hal terbaik dan siap membahagiakan para penonton.

HIgh School Musical 3 bercerita tentang Troy dan Gabriella yang memiliki pemikiran untuk berpisah satu sama lain di bangku sekolah yang berbeda. Sepanjang adegan terdiri dari shot lagu dan tarian untuk memberikan pengalaman, harapan dan ketakutan mengenai masa depan mereka. para penggemar HSM...di tunggu yaahh!!!!

HSM 2, Disney mengumpulkan kembali seluruh tim kreatifnya yang telah membuat “High School Musical” sebuah sensasi internasional. Peraih Emmy Award Kenny Ortega kembali menyutradarai, dan bersama dengan rekan sesama peraih Piala Emmy Charles Klapow dan Bonnie Story sebagai koreografer, mereka menciptakan sejumlah karya yang keren untuk sekuel ini. Naskah dan screenplay ditulis oleh mantan jurnalis musik rock Peter Barsocchini berdasarkan karakter-karakter yang ia ciptakan dalam film pertama. Barsocchini yang seorang finalis Penghargaan Humanitas, menciptakan karakter-karakter ”High School Musical” dan sekuelnya terinspirasi dari putri remajanya dan naskah cerita dari pengalaman masa kecilnya sendiri. Para penulis lagu kelas dunia yang menciptakan lagu-lagu bernada anthem (spanning pop, rock, hip hop, swing dan berirama hawaii/polinesia) dalam sekuel ini adalah: Matthew Gerrard, Robbie Nevil, Jamie Houston, Tim James, Antonina Armato, Randy Petersen, Kevin Quinn, David Lawrence dan Faye Greenberg. Lawrence juga menggubah lembaran musik untuk film ini. Kembali dengan peran menyanyi dan menari adalah para superstar bonafid di dunia anak-anak dan remaja: Zac Efron sebagai atlit bintang Troy Bolton, Vanessa Anne Hudgens sebagai siswa pindahan yang jenius Gabriella Montez, Ashley Tisdale sebagai diva klub drama Sharpay Evans, Lucas Grabeel sebagai idola klub drama Ryan Evans, Corbin Bleu sebagai teman se-tim dan sahabat Chad Danforth dan Monique Coleman sebagai si jagoan akademik Taylor McKessie. Juga hadir kembali adalah Alyson Reed (”A Chorus Line”) sebagai Ms. Darbus, Chris Warren, Jr. sebagai Zeke, Olesya Rulin sebagai Kelsi, KayCee Stroh sebagai Martha, Ryne Sanborn sebagai Jason dan Bart Johnson sebagai Pelatih Bolton. Mark Taylor (Disney Channel’s ”Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off”) bergabung bersama para pemeran lain sebagai manajer country club, Mr. Fulton.Dalam sekuel ini, diceritakan bahwa sekolah sedang liburan musim panas, dan anak-anak East High Wildcats sudah siap untuk bersenang-senang dan menjadikan liburan ini pengalaman seumur hidup. Jika mereka bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan musim panas yang bagus, maka semua hal akan baik-baik saja. Troy Bolton sulit mempercayai keberuntungannya ketika ia ditawarkan pekerjaan di klub janapada elit di kota Albuquerque, Lava Springs. Yang tidak diketahuinya adalah bahwa pekerjaan itu adalah hasil campur tangan Sharpay si ratu klub itu, yang berencana untuk menjauhkan Zac dari Gabriella. Tapi rencana itu mulai berantakan ketika Troy, tanpa diketahui Sharpay, berhasil mendapatkan posisi lifeguard di klub itu untuk Gabriella, juga untuk Chad, Taylor, Zeke, Martha, Kelsi, Jason dan teman-teman Wildcats lainnya. Ketika Sharpay mengetahui bahwa Kelsi telah menulis sebuah lagu yang pasti menang untuk dibawakan oleh duet Troy dan Gabriella di acara tahunan klub Midsummer Nights Talent Show, dirinya yang sedang naik pitam itu memulai kampanye habis-habisan untuk memastikan dua pendatang baru itu tidak akan mengalahkannya – yang memaksanya mengingat kembali pengalaman memalukan saat pentas musikal musim dingin yang lalu. Maka dimulailah adu akal antara si penuh tekad Sharpay, yang selama ini keinginannya selalu dipenuhi, dengan Troy, yang mulai merasakan dunia penuh fasilitas yang belum pernah dialaminya. Apa sih yang akan rela ia korbankan demi masa depannya? Semua pertanyaan akan terjawab, secara musikal tentunya, pada malam pertunjukan bakat klub itu. High School Musical adalah sebuah film drama musikal, yang sangat melejit di Amerika, Produksi DCOM(Disney Channel Original Movie) January 20, 2006. High School Musical juga dibintangi oleh bintang-bintang remaja amerika, diantaranya Vanessa Anne Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron, Lucas Grabeel, Monique Coleman, dan Corbin Bleu.



Berawal dari adanya seorang murid pindahan bernama Gabriella Montez yang diperankan oleh Vanessa Hudgens, terjadilah berbagai suka dan duka yang muncul di sekolahnya, Gabriella adalah seorang siswa teladan yang suka bernyanyi. Dimulai dengan adanya "New Year Eve", Gabriella mulai menemukan cintanya, Troy Bolton yang diperankan oleh Zac Efron, menyukai Gabriella, karena pada saat itu secara tidak sengaja mereka terpilih menjadi pasangan untuk bernyanyi di pesta itu.


Tidak lama kemudian, mereka sudah mulai menjalin hubungan "spesial", namun selalu saja ada penghalangnya, karena seorang wanita yang dianggap cerewet, dan menyebalkan di sekolah menggangu hubungan mereka. Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale) sangat membenci Gabriella, oleh karena itu Sharpday dengan segala cara menggagalkan hubungan mereka berdua. Selain itu, Sharpay juga memiliki adik yang bernama Ryan Evans, yang diperankan oleh Lucas Grabeel.

Resensi Death Note


Manga Jepang yang ditulis oleh Tsugumi Ohba dan diilustrasikan oleh Takeshi Obata. Death Note pertama kali ditulis dalam komik dan akhirnya dibuatkan film.

Menceritakan seorang pemuda kuliahan bernama Light Yagami yang memiliki buku catatan supernatural yang disebut Death Note. Setiap orang yang memegang Death Note akan dapat melihat Shinigami yang lebih dikenal sebagai Dewa Kematian.
Beberapa aturan dalam Death Note :

* Manusia yang namanya tertulis akan mati.
* Death Note tidak akan berfungsi sampai penulis membayangkan wajah korban saat menulis nama korban.
* Jika penyebab kematian ditulis dalam 40 detik setelah menulis nama korban maka akan terjadi.
* Jika penyebab kematian tidak ditulis maka otomatis akan mati karena serangan jantung.
* Setelah menulis penyebab kematian, detail kematian harus ditulis dalam 6 menit 40 detik kemudian.


Light Yagami merupakan pemuda yang cerdas dan berambisi menghapus seluruh kriminalitas di muka bumi ini dan kebetulan dia merupakan anak dari kepala kepolisian. Light juga seorang pemberani karena hanya dirinya yang tidak takut saat bertemu dengan Shinigami. Shinigami dari Death Note yang dimiliki Light Yagami bernama Ryuk, Ryuk mempunyai kekhasan yaitu hanya memakan apel.
Light tidak menyia-nyiakan Death Note yang dimilikinya. Setiap penjahat yang dia ketahui dari berita televisi, baik itu hanya tersangka maupun terdakwa pasti akan dibunuhnya melalui Death Note.

Tak lama kemudian, dunia mulai mencurigai akan kematian beruntun dari para kriminal yang diakibatkan serangan jantung mendadak. Akhirnya mulailah disebut sebut Kira sebagai dalang kejadian aneh tersebut. Untuk menangani kasus ini dibuatlah tim investigasi khusus oleh FBI yang diketuai oleh Ayah Light dan diotaki oleh seorang detektif misterius bernama L.

Demi menutupi kejahatan yang dibuatnya, Light membunuh para FBI yang menyelidiki Kira. Semakin lama ambisi Light berubah dari niatnya menghapus kriminalitas di muka bumi menjadi menguasai dunia. Selanjutnya akan menjadi pertempuran antara Kira (yang sebenarnya adalah Light Yagami) dan L. Pertempuran yang menentukan kemenangan dan kematian salah satu dari mereka. Kesulitan Light untuk membunuh L, ambisi Light, kejeniusan L untuk mengetahui pemikiran Kira, analisa L untuk mencari tahu siapa Kira sesungguhnya, membuat cerita ini semakin seru. Berbagai strategi Light untuk mengelabui L sangat hebat dan diluar dugaan pembaca / penonton. Kemisteriusan L akan menambah rasa penasaran. Ditengah cerita akan muncul Kira lainnya yaitu seorang perempuan muda dan idol Jepang bernama Misa Amane yang akan membuat cerita semakin menarik.

Benar-benar cerita yang fantastis dan belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Benar-benar berbeda dengan komik Jepang lainnya. Ceritanya tidak ringan dan juga tidak terlalu berat, masih bisa dicerna dan malah membuat pembaca / penonton merasa ikut masuk dalam cerita. Ada beberapa pelajaran yang dapat dipetik seperti jangan sampai termakan oleh ambisi yang menghalalkan segala cara, jangan melindungi orang bersalah bahkan itupun keluarga terdekat. Secara pribadi saya menyukai intrik dan strategi yang kompleks dalam cerita ini. Saya yang tadinya tidak menyukai cerita misteri / detektif tetapi sekarang pengecualian untuk Death Note.

Komik Death Note di pasaran Jakarta sudah diterbitkan sampai edisi 10 dan info dari teman akan tamat pada edisi 12, tidak terlalu banyak untuk cerita yang cukup kompleks. Sedangkan DVD Death Note di pasaran sudah sampai volume 3 dan tamat. Tergantung Anda lebih menyukai membaca komik yang akan membuat ketagihan atau menonton DVD yang lebih seru karena diperankan oleh aktor dan aktris yang dibuat mirip sekali dengan peran dalam komik. Jangan terlewatkan. siipp !!!

STEVE NASH TERBAIK NBA 2004/2005

Phoenix, BOLASportsline/AFP Mimpi Steve Nash akhirnya terwujud setelah menjadi pemain terbaik NBA musim 2004/2005. Nash unggul 34 poin sekaligus menyisihkan center Miami Heat, Shaquille O'Neal, dalam pemungutan suara terketat keempat sejak musim 1980-81 yang diumumkan di Phoenix, AS, Senin (9/5) WIB.

Sebenarnya hasil balloting oleh dewan juri yang terdiri dari 127 wartawan olahraga tulis dan televisi di Amerika dan Kanada itu sudah dikumpulkan hari Jumat lalu, namun baru secara resmi di umumkan dua hari setelah itu.

Nash, pebasket berusia 31 tahun ditarik Suns saat menjadi draft NBA urutan 15 tahun 1996 lalu. Almamater Universitas Santa Clara itu kemudian dibarter ke Dallas Maverics dua tahun kemudian. Kiprah sukses Nash di Dallas, membuat petinggi Suns membujuknya kembali ke Phoenix tahun lalu. Nash akhirnya menyetujui kontrak sebesar 65 juta dolar AS yang ditawarkan Suns.

Anugrah ini menjadikan Steve Nash pemain Phoenix Suns kedua yang meraih predikat NBA's Most Valuable Player setelah Charles Barkley meraihnya tahun 1993 lalu. Nash putra kelahiran Victoria, British Columbia, yang berwarga negara Kanada menjadi pebasket non-Amerika pertama yang meraih penghargaan tertinggi NBA tersebut.
